''It's great but needs more work''

The overall idea of Heidi AI is great! When I first started using it I thought it was incredible. It seems it needs more updating though because as time goes on I find that it misses parts of my encounter entirely. I can't rely on this only unfortunately.

Best of Both Worlds for Clinical Documentation

With Suki ambient documentation, I can pull the pieces and parts from ambient as well as maintain the other pieces I use in Epic. The ambient generated content flows into Epic seamlessly into my note.

Summary

Which is better?

  • Heidi Health is a fantastic choice for clinicians looking for a flexible and personalized tool. Its adaptive voice recognition and customizable note structures stand out, enabling a seamless documentation experience that adjusts to individual preferences. The inclusion of a free tier makes it particularly appealing for smaller practices or those testing AI-assisted documentation for the first time. Heidi Health also gives clinicians control over their workflows with features like real-time additions and AI commands, ensuring it’s as dynamic as the clinical environment demands.
  • On the other hand, Suki AI is built for practices that need an all-encompassing solution deeply integrated with their existing systems. With its strong focus on ambient documentation, Suki AI minimizes the need for active clinician input during patient visits, which is a game-changer for those seeking to maximize time spent on patient care. Its coding assistance and seamless integration with major EHR systems make it ideal for larger practices or hospitals where accuracy in billing and workflow efficiency are critical.
